Sara has a deep appreciation for the commitment that a lawyer must have to their clients’ best interests. She brings a broad and versatile background to her defense of general liability litigation with specialties in premise liability, public entity liability and school district liability.

Sara focuses on general liability litigation with specialties in premises liability, public entity liability and school district liability.

Sara McGlocklin is a skilled attorney who draws on experience across multiple client-centered practice areas. She approaches each case with strategic insight and a steady focus on resolving complex and sensitive issues efficiently and effectively.

Sara brings a broad and versatile background to her defense of general liability litigation with specialties in premises liability, public entity liability and school district liability.

 

Before joining McLean Vasquez Place Fabrega, Sara worked in family law with a focus on representing domestic violence survivors and in artificial reproductive technology. She also served for several years as a trial attorney representing children and young adults in Los Angeles County child welfare proceedings, where she gained extensive courtroom experience and developed a deep understanding of high-stakes advocacy.

Beyond her litigation work, she is the President and Founder of the Hope for Marian Foundation, a nationally recognized nonprofit advancing rare disease awareness and patient-focused policy initiatives through collaboration with congressional, regulatory, and industry partners. She is a respected national advocate and speaker, having presented at a congressional hill briefing, regulatory meetings, and scientific conferences on patient-centered policy and access to care.

Sara earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she participated on the National Environmental Moot Court Team, with honors in persuasive brief writing and oral argument. She also holds her B.A. in Sociology, with honors, from Lehigh University.
