Juan is an experienced subrogation attorney who has represented workers’ compensation and automobile liability carriers, self-insureds, municipalities, and school districts in State and Federal Court. He has extensive experience litigating third-party credit rights under Labor Code 3861 in the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
