Danella Rugile has over a decade of experience in litigation, with a particular focus on complex financial disputes involving asset division. She has guided clients through every phase of litigation—from initial consultation to trial—and developed extensive experience in legal research, negotiation, and strategic case planning.
While Danella is well-versed in courtroom advocacy, she prides herself in helping clients expeditiously and cost-effectively resolve litigated matters. Experience
Before joining MVPF, Danella built a robust family law practice that she managed for a decade. She represented clients in high net worth divorces, which involved litigating complex financial matters as well as all other issues attendant to family law. She has experience with all manner of litigation, including the analysis of complex records, cross-examining expert witnesses, and taking cases to trial.
Danella also served as a court-appointed counsel for minor children in contested custody matters, gaining valuable experience working in high-conflict cases.
